re: Anti-Hero Guild Rules

1

General:
Our raid days and times are Wednesday, Sunday and Monday (clean-up day) 19:30-23:00 and. You will be required to attend at least Wednesday and Sunday as they are our progressing days.
We want everyone to be logged in at 19.15u so we can start on time.

Make sure you can stay till 23.00. Having to leave earlier will impact the raid in a negative way (we might have to pug to replace you, which will means we'll have less time to continue raiding).

We will have a set break at 21.00 for 10 minutes. Use that time to pee/get a drink/smoke. We want to have as less people as possible going afk on other times because it will hold up the raid.

Preperation
Preparation for a raid is important. Always make sure you read the tactics and watch some movies.
Bring your own flask, food and potions. Do not rely on the guild to provide noodles and flasks!!

Setting calender status
If you get a calender invite, be sure to set your status to accepted/tentative/declined. Failing to do so might result in giving away your raiding spot for that night.
If you accepted the calender invite, show up and be on time! We will count on you being there.
Signing up tentative is allowed, but let someone know why you signed tentative. Signing up tentative too often might result in losing your raiding spot.

Teamspeak 3.0
We use Teamspeak during raids. Please make sure you have it installed on your system. You can download it on Teamspeak.com.
Being able to use Teamspeak during raids is a requirement to join our raids.

Ranks in Anti-Hero
Social - everyone who doesn't raid
Casual Raider - Socials who occasionally want to join a raid if we have open spots. It's possible to get a promote to progress raider if you're joining often enough and are showing us your skills.
Trial Raider - You just became a raider in this guild and have a trial period of 2 weeks. You won't be able to get loot in the first week nor epgp points (unless no one needs it). In the 2nd week you'll start getting epgp points, but no loot before you're promoted to progress raider..
Progress Raider - Steady raider
Officer - Helping gm's where needed
GM - Leaders of the guild

Lootrules
We use the epgp system to give out loot. We believe this is the most fair system in 25 man raiding. The more you are raiding (or are standby) the more chance you have on getting your item (instead of a pug or someone that only joins once every month getting away with it) If you're unsure about how the system works this website provides everything you need to know EPGP web
In order to make it easier for you and the lootmaster you will need to get the 'EPGP Lootmaster'  and the 'EPGP'  addon (downloadable on curse)

Incase you pressed the wrong button (main/offspec/pass) or it turns out it's not the best item for you while you won, it's possible to contact us so we can give the item to someone else and give you the points the item cost back to you. We wanna put emphesis on the fact we prefer you checking if you really want the item instead of us having to put in extra work to fix it because you weren't paying attention.

Notes
- A guildmaster has the right to change the lootrules as see fit during a raidevening due to slacking, epic failing etc.
